NoritzParts.com selects the best option for delivery service. This will usually be UPS or the US Postal service based on days required, cost and delivery to the buyer's location. Additionally, NoritzParts.com ships merchandise to Canada and selectively to Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Exclusions from free shipping - Grease interceptors will be quoted prior to accepting any order. Large and heavy items too large for standard UPS or USPS service will go via common carrier at a freight charge to be quoted. Shipping of many items to Alaska, Hawaii may require some shipping fees. ALL Canada shipments must have shipping fees. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to addition charges if going by UPS, FedEx or priority USPS. Customers will be directly contacted in the event additional funds are required.

International - Orders are selectively accepted with wire transfers to our bank prior to processing. A $40 transaction charge is added to the cost of materials and shipments are done via a DHL, UPS or FedEx account of the buyer. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Buyers are responsible for tax, duties and /or brokerage bill backs from UPS, DHL and FedEx.
